Hello I'm Jackie!

Jackie Bradley is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of Charleston where she majored in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Tourism. She also Graduated from The University of South Carolina (go cocks!) where she majored in Hotel Restaurant Management. Even though she has a formal education in the world of Culinary her training started at the ripe old age of 8 years old.

She started with box cake (that’s right box cake ladies in gentlemen).  That box cake mix grew her curiosity to learn and want to do things from scratch. She does have to pay homage to all the humble bakers and cooks that came before her such as her parents who were/ are AMAZING bakers and cooks, both her grandmothers and too many aunts to name; it was only her fate to become a pastry chef!  She has worked in high end restaurants and grocery store bakeries for years. You can find her in the kitchen creating recipes, at someone else’s bakery or restaurant eating enjoying crabs and sweets.
